Here is the bass tab for 4 Ddegrees by TOOL off of the hit album Undertow.  As usual there is drop D tuning G D A D. I am pretty sure this is right because I put it together from other tabs.

The verse alternates by not ending on F but instead repeating (33332)
During Imterlude part play the verse(Maynard is saying "You won't do
what you like to do...." At the end Paul slides on the D-string all the 
way up to the 14th fret(E).

Again at the end of the chorus he includes the verse and does
