Subject: 11/23/96 Show at EF in Philly

I wish I read your page before I went to the show and I would have looked 
for you. Anyway the show was amazing. I thought the sound was awesome and 
the band as well, kicked ass. But the view was kinda hard to enjoy. The 
upstairs bar was too crowed and I didn't pay $$ to watch from a TV 
screen..so my friend and I went downstairs and watched it from under the 
bar(the over hang) and the view was fine. Maynard was pretty intense. 
Going off into his own world. Expressing the rythm thru his body in a 
convolsing manner. I was kinda disappointed they didn't play Cold & Ugly 
(my personal favorite)..they opened there last show at the Troc in 94' 
with that one. Anyway. You were there so I am not going to go indepth..
If TOOL makes it to Philly on the spring tour..We will have to hook up...

BTW - Do you have any info on getting shirts that they sell at the 
shows...I want one of the long sleeves but they ran out.
