summer 2002 the lowdown and the followup
Couldn't make the show? At least you can find out how it was. Here's what fans from each tour stop had to say about this tour, Tool's return to the USA, playing venues so large you wouldn't believe most people still don't know a thing about them.

This tour also saw the introduction of a much more elaborate stage show, including large tapestries by Alex Grey, the artist responsible for the "Lateralus" cover/s, giant floating balls from the "Parabola" video, and even sparkling confetti. Arena rock, indeed.

The Normal, IL, show was cancelled due to Maynard having a throat illness.
